By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using Social IA Studio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

1. What Social IA Studio is

Social IA Studio is a web application and Chrome extension for content creators. It includes tools to analyze YouTube competitors, generate ideas with AI, save an idea library and automate prompt queues in ChatGPT.

2. User account

To use the main features, you need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account.

3. Subscription and payments

Social IA Studio offers a monthly subscription plan. The current price is shown on the pricing page before purchase. Payments, invoices and payment methods are managed through Stripe.

Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it through the billing portal. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the period already paid for, unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

4. Refunds

Charges already processed are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where Social IA Studio approves an exception on a case-by-case basis.

5. Chrome extension

The Chrome extension operates in the user's ChatGPT web session and lets the user automate actions they initiate from the side panel. The extension requires a Social IA Studio account with an active subscription.

Social IA Studio is not an official product of OpenAI, ChatGPT, YouTube, Google or Stripe. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms.

6. Permitted use

You must use Social IA Studio lawfully, responsibly and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the service to:

• Infringe the rights of others.
• Generate, distribute or automate illegal, misleading, abusive or harmful content.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems or data without authorization.
• Resell, copy or exploit the service without permission.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the app, extension or their providers.

7. User content

You retain your rights in the prompts, channels, ideas, settings and content you enter into Social IA Studio. You authorize us to process that content to the extent necessary to provide the service, save your history, display results and perform the features you request.

8. Generated results

Ideas, analyses or results generated by AI may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. You should review the results before publishing them, using them commercially or making decisions based on them.

9. Availability and changes

We try to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that it will be error-free. We may modify, pause or withdraw features for maintenance, security, provider changes, technical limitations or product development.

10. Intellectual property

Social IA Studio, its brand, interface, code, design and proprietary materials belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative services based on Social IA Studio without prior authorization.

11. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we detect a breach of these terms, abuse, fraud, non-payment, security risks or use that could harm the service, other users or third parties.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Social IA Studio will not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, loss of data, third-party interruptions or decisions made on the basis of results generated by the service.

How we process personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the product, subscription model, legal requirements or operating conditions change. The current version will be published on this page.
